Kimchi Puff Pastry

Ingredients:

  • Vegan butter, for greasing

  • Puff pastry, 1 sheet

  • 1 teaspoon kimchi

  • 1 piece of goat cheese

  • A smidge of palm sugar or honey

  • Slightly less than 1 teaspoon olive oil

  • Egg wash, for brushing

 

Instructions:

1. Grease your pan with some vegan butter.

2. Cut your puff pastry into 8cm squares.

3. Add a teaspoon of kimchi, a piece of goat cheese, a smidge of palm sugar or honey, and slightly less than a teaspoon of olive oil to the centre of each square.

4. Close up the pastry corners and give it an egg wash.

5. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius (390 degrees Fahrenheit) and let it cool before serving.
