S S I tried this after encountering the ferm at the recent Jung festival, after eyeing it online for quite a while beforehand. Bought it without tasting it as they'd run out at the stall, but it has an AMAZING flavour and a really pleasant texture. 10/10 would recommend.

Mike Cryer The best ferment I've tasted to date. Has less tang than some and an almost sweet finish. Use it in so many ways - in salads, with pickled veg, in sandwiches and more.
