Ingredients:

300 g pumpkin

100 g kimchi

250 g mozzarella

Pinch of salt

Dumpling skins

Chilli oil, for serving

Spring onion, for garnish
Instructions:
1. Chop the pumpkin in a food processor.
2. Dice and add the kimchi to the pumpkin mix.
3. Rip the mozzarella with your hands and add it to the mix.
4. Season with a pinch of salt.
5. Make your dumplings using the dumpling skins.
6. Steam for about 10 minutes.
7. Serve with chili oil and spring onion for garnish.
